Inline Dart Valve
There are instances when a slurry control valve is required in a pipeline. Whilst a pinch valve remains an option, the greater control & rangeability of a dart valve provides superior control and these inline dart valves have been specifically developed with this in mind. The yDart, and its variations, have the same polyurethane plug and seat as our standard i-, tri-, single-, and dual-Dart configurations offering the same high level of slurry flow control.
yDart: The shaft, plug, seat, bonnet and actuator of the yDart are inclined at 45° to the longitudinal axis of the pipeline so that the plug and seat arrangement may be accommodated within the body with the smallest face-to-face distance. The yDart is rubber lined for abrasion resistance.
